This is the first in a series of three workshops in which we will create crystals templates. In this first workshop we will create a template for grounding, protection and increasing your power base. The workshop will also include discussion and instructions about how to use your newly created template. Registration is requested to ensure there are enough supplies for all.
No background in crystal and stone work is necessary to appreciate these workshops. They are open to those who have never worked with crystals and those with years of experience. All we ask is that you be willing to explore new experiences.

This class is designed for the beginning crystal and stone enthusiast, or those who feel they need some guidance on their journey into the world of stones and crystals. Held once a month, each class will address basics such as how to select stones and crystals, clearing, and how to work with them, as well as information on common stones and their uses. The group will participate in interactive, hands-on exercises while learning about basic properties and usage of selected stones and crystals.

In this class Brian will discuss the common ‘hidden’ or subconscious programs that continuously run negative energy flows within the body. These programs are not habits but the internal directives that state ‘you have to work hard to get ahead’, or ‘to be seen and not heard’ for example. Participants will learn how to reveal or uncover these hidden programs, learn ways to release them from the body’s energy system and begin to free ourselves from counter-productive patterns. Group Meditation with Kaye Cooke from 11-11:45am, Cost is $5

Join Kaye in this 30 minute meditation as she takes the group to an inner place of stillness to recharge, refresh and ground the body.
Meditation is a simple practice that anyone can do. The more you do it, the easier it gets. This technique is fantastic for quieting the mind chatter. People are able to think more clearly when there aren’t ten thousand thoughts constantly running through their minds. If a group situation isn’t for you, we have books on mindfulness and many guided meditation CDs to choose from.

Energy Healing sessions from 1-4pm with Doris, Brian and Garrett. Cost is just $5/person, sessions are approx 15-20 min.
Today’s healers have been trained in the technique of running ‘neutral’ energy used to flush the aura of any energetic ‘dust bunnies’ that are picked up throughout the day. By placing their hands just above the body, our healers assist the body to get rid of those energies that tend to drain us. Appts are highly recommended, walk-ins welcome as time allows.
